I’ve been looking forward to this week for a long time. I booked two weeks at a coworking/coliving space in the Swiss Alps. From Morzine, it was about a six hour bus/train/shuttle ride to get to Grimentz (to travel about about 85 miles!).
Swiss Escape host startups, entrepreneurs and remote workers who live a location-independent lifestyle. Aside from some of the best mountain views I have ever seen, this place offers a quiet, laid-back space to focus on work and meet like-minded working travelers. I’ve gotten a lot of work done this week. I even did my taxes.
It’s a five-minute walk to the gondola, so I’ve been snowboarding and exploring the mountain in the mornings and working hard (usually on a sunny terrace) in the afternoons. Life is good.
