A Dream Come True: Snowboarding in the French Alps
This is the part of the trip I'm most excited about because I've always wanted to snowboard in the French Alps. I arrived late Monday night from Thailand and can't say that I've quite yet recovered from the voyage. I've rented a desk in an office in Morzine for the month and am grateful to have a designated place to work. I'm staying in a chalet in a nearby village called Saint Jean D'Alups. I have my own room with a small kitchen and space to work - and my host is a lovely French family. I'm just getting settled in this week, but I can't wait to explore the Alps and taste loads of great cheese, wine and pastries.
